Posted by on 22nd, 2008 Found a great tool this morning. Home Gain. Check out the Seller Tools! You enter your zip code and it will then take you through a short questionnaire as to the condition of your home. You tell it which bit is show-worthy and which isn’t. Be honest; might as well. Then… it prioritizes what you ought to do first, tells you the average cost AND what percentage of realtors recommend it!! Cool eh?
